A press conference on the China Aluminum Veneer Industry Self-Discipline Convention, co-sponsored by China Building Materials News Agency and the Aluminum-Plastic Composite Materials Branch of the China Building Materials Federation, was held in the Chongqing Hall of the Great Hall of the People a few days ago. During the press conference, 17 enterprises in the Chinese aluminum veneer industry jointly issued a self-discipline convention to jointly maintain and promote the healthy development of the aluminum veneer industry.
Fluorocarbon aluminum veneers entered the field of architectural decoration in my country in the early 1990s. They are new architectural decoration materials in China, providing new design ideas and more choices for architectural decoration. After that, the aluminum veneer industry developed rapidly, the technology continued to mature, and it was widely used.
It is reported that all enterprises that join the "Aluminum Veneer Industry Self-Discipline Convention" will abide by the relevant provisions of the convention, jointly maintain and promote the healthy development of the aluminum veneer industry, operate in good faith, compete fairly, and jointly resist industry risks. The self-discipline convention will further regulate the market behavior of the aluminum veneer industry, and will play a positive role in stabilizing product quality, protecting user interests, maintaining market order, ensuring reasonable profits for enterprises, and building a harmonious society. It is understood that the aluminum veneer industry professional committee is also in the process of active preparation, and has initially formed a preparatory group for the aluminum veneer industry professional committee represented by 17 backbone enterprises.
Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 Adhere to quality first. Do not produce counterfeit products, do not pass inferior products off as good ones, and jointly maintain the reputation of aluminum veneer products.
Article 2 Integrity management. Strictly fulfill the terms of the contract.
Article 3 Fair competition. Only promote the advantages of the enterprise, do not slander competing peers; do not maliciously compete at low prices; do not pry orders.
Article 4 Advocate unity and cooperation, do not harm the interests of other enterprises and the interests of the entire industry. Jointly maintain and promote the healthy development of the industry.
Article 5 Report industry dynamics and jointly resist industry risks.
Chapter 2 Implementation of the Convention
Article 6 Do not do business that requires laying the foundation and advance payment.
Article 7 Do not do business without advance payment or deposit.
Article 8 Do not accept contracts with performance bonds and quality assurance deposits.
Article 9 Do not do business that requires delivery before payment in terms of procedures. Do not accept deferred transfer checks and commercial acceptance bills that cannot be deposited at the time. Each transaction will be settled and there will be no outstanding payment.
Article 10 No requirement is made for a business that requires a certain number of cumulative deliveries before it can be settled.
Article 11 Quote and settle uniformly according to the unfolded area.
Article 12 Do not accept unequal terms from customers.
Article 13 Do not accept contracts that are being fulfilled by companies within the industry, and do not interfere with or disrupt projects that are being traded by peers.
Article 14 Inform peers of malicious and poorly managed customers. Jointly resist malicious and retaliatory units and enterprises.
Article 15 Jointly supervise and jointly resist enterprises involved in malicious competition.
Chapter III Supplementary Provisions
Article 16 The quality standard of fluorocarbon coating shall be in accordance with JG/T133-2000; the quality standard of aluminum plate shall be in accordance with GB3880-1997 and GB3194-1998. If the purchaser has special quality standard requirements, the quotation and settlement shall be uniformly based on the special quality standard.
Article 17 Aluminum plates with unfolded dimensions within 1300*4000mm are conventional plates, and those exceeding 1300*4000mm are unconventional plates. Perforated plates are special shaped plates.
