Manufacturing
1. Factory production
Standardized modular prefabrication production throughout the entire process, including frame welding, shell packaging, water and electricity embedding, interior decoration, and intelligent equipment debugging, with a production cycle of 30 days. All components are standardized for mass production, with high precision and small errors, and there is no need for secondary modification on site.
2. Quality inspection
Four steps testing is completed before leaving the factory: structural load-bearing testing, seaside anti-corrosion salt spray testing, water and electricity pressure testing, door and window waterproof sealing testing, and full function debugging of intelligent equipment; Provide a complete set of quality inspection reports and material qualification certificates to ensure long-term outdoor operation safety.
3. Production process control:
Production, assembly, painting, and interior inspection of components are carried out in batches, and the entire process is carried out in a dust-free workshop to prevent problems such as mold growth, board scratches, and equipment failures in the interior.
Packaging and Transportation
Packaging method

Transportation method

Delivery status
The entire batch of 20 spacecraft will be delivered on schedule, without any damage or missing components. All equipment and accessories are complete, and the delivery acceptance will be passed in one go.
Installation
1. Installation process: Step 1: Level the site and build a lightweight steel structure simple base (without the need for deep excavation of the foundation); Step 2: The crane lifts the entire cabin and aligns and fixes it; Step 3: Connect the water and electricity pipelines to the scenic area's water and electricity system; Step 4: Install outdoor accessories, debug smart devices, and conduct final cleaning and acceptance. Single cabin installation only takes 24 hours, and the entire batch of projects can be installed and debugged in 10 days.
2. Installation difficulties: The terrain along the coastline is uneven, and there is strong wind at the seaside, making it difficult to lift and align; The humid environment by the seaside can easily cause the wiring to become damp. Solution: Precise leveling of the base, lifting during windless window periods, and double-layer waterproof sealing treatment for water and electricity interfaces.
